After I saw some of what happened lately around me and my friend, I decided to put this disclaimer up to be sure everyone who is reading and looking around my site will know about it.
Like every other fan site or just fiction site, I don't own, nor know and less ever met any celebrity I may write about! The only characters I DO own are the others ones... the ones opposite such as Cassandra, Amy, Valérie, Lydia, the nameless girl, Mannar, Villy and Deana at the time I'm writing that!
Now I take seriously copyright and plagiarism stuff. I wrote everything on my own without the help of anyone. I found myself the idea for my stories (I may have ask for friend's input at sometimes when I was stuck but that's it) and poems... except the poems I said were wrote by others and I'm not trying to take credits for their works! But my stories and poems I wrote them without looking at anyone work to have an idea. They're just pieces of what was going through my mind at the time I wrote it.
Banners and graphic talking, most of what I have so far up on my site was made by my friends, because I'm a graphic stupid right now...lol. Only, Let's take a ride, One Night Stand 1&2 banners(except the one to get back to ONS1 on ONS2 page) and You Are So Beautiful background do I own the credit for.
If I ever find out that someone take my ideas or part of my work or complete work or poems with credits and don't give me credit or to whoever the credit goes, I'll make sure to report you to people who will make sure you'll be know for the fraud you are.
